What to Expect

Sauna + Red Light session lasts 45 minutes

Red Light only session lasts 30 minutes.

Usage and Regulations

  • Wear Provided Eye Protection Glasses
  • Remove all makeup, lotions, jewelry and shoes
  • Stand 6-18 inches from the light
  • 10-20 minutes per session, one per day
  • We recommend using red light before Sauna
  • Do not look directly at the light
  • Stop use if discomfort occurs
  • Consult a doctor before use if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy or photosensitivity
