What temperature is the Cold Plunge set at?
The Cold Plunge is set at 50 degrees.
What temperature are the saunas kept at?
Our saunas are maintained between 175 and 185 degrees.
Are clothes required?
Clothing is not required within the private suites. Please use the provided towels to sit or lie on while using the saunas. A towel covering is required in public areas.
Do you have showers?
Yes. We offer two private showers, complete with all-natural shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, complimentary towel service is included with your visit.
Do you provide shower shoes?
No. We recommend bringing your own slip-proof sandals or shower shoes.
Are there age restrictions?
Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Float Therapy: Minimum age 10
Salt Therapy: Minimum age 6 months
How long should I wait after getting a tattoo to use services?
We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after receiving a tattoo before using any of our services.
How long should I wait after coloring my hair before using Float Therapy?
Please wait at least 2–3 weeks after hair coloring before float therapy. Shower caps and swim caps are available if needed.
Is a bathing suit required for the Float Tank?
No. Float tanks are completely private and clothing optional.
